10:00-11:00 PM Sean Hayes

with STREET MRKT’s Emcee “Mighty” Mike McGee

* SEAN HAYES

On Run Wolves Run (released 2010), Sean Hayes expands his sound and produces some of the most emotional music he’s ever made. It’s a raw, gritty excursion into all the dark and light places that make a human heart. Drummer Andrew Borger (Tom Waits, Norah Jones, Smokey Hormel) and bass player Devin Hoff (Nels Cline Singers, Xiu Xiu, Carla Bozulich) help push the music in unexpected directions, giving Hayes the opportunity to pour raw emotion into every note he sings.

http://www.seanhayesmusic.com

* LISA DEWEY & THE LOTUS LIFE

Dreamy, multi-layered, atmospheric and gorgeous pop with favorable comparisons to the Cocteau Twins and Everything But the Girl.
-Hiya Swanhuyser (SF Chronicle)

http://www.lisadewey.com/

* JHAMEEL

At live performances, Jhameel utilizes violin, trumpet, glockenspiel, percussion, guitar, and vocals to create intricate arrangements. In order to perform multiple instruments at once, he records musical phrases on-stage using a loop station. He then adds more layers to the songs by playing over himself, creating a surprisingly full sounding ensemble.
